Uninstall Trojan.Win32.Bublik.cfgi - How to remove Trojan.Win32.Bublik.cfgi?

here are several threats picked up by my antivirus software. It was able to remove most of them despite one called Trojan.Win32.Bublik.cfgi. I have tried some other tools but cannot get it off still. I could not erase the virus files though I clicked on delete and I was sure I found the correct location of the virus but it said the files has been used by a program and could not be removed. I tried so many times and I don’t think any software can succeed. How can I remove this virus?
