Many people call this virus the "SearchNSave" because of the way it's continually redirecting your search results on Google & other search engines; and one of the most prominent characteristics it has is that it's extremely difficult to remove from your PC. The problem is that this infection actually acts in a totally different way than most typical viruses you'll get on your Windows system. Most "normal" viruses will actually have an application / file that will continue to run on your system. Whereas this will just change a few settings on your computer, and make your system, making it very difficult for typical antivirus programs to remove it. Remove SearchNSave using manual method
1. Boot your infected computer into Safe Mode with Networking Win xp/vista/win 7: Restart your computer and keep pressing F8 key before Windows launches.
Use the arrow keys to select the "Safe Mode with Networking" option, and then hit ENTER key to continue.
Start and login the infected computer until you see the desktop. Press the Ctrl+ Alt+ Del combination key, the Switch User interface will pop-up.
Always hold down the "Shift" key on the keyboard and at the same time click on "Shut down" button once on the bottom right corner of the page. You will get three options there: Sleep, Shut down and Restart. Click on Restart option. The next window says ‘Choose an Option’ screen, and then you need to select "Troubleshoot". On the troubleshoot page click on ‘Advanced Options’. In the following window choose ‘startup settings’. Choose ‘restart’, and then wait for a minute. Windows will automatically display Safe mode options. At last press F5/5 key to highlight "Safe Mode with Networking" option, hit Enter key as well. Later after that, Windows 8 Operating system will be booted up in safe mode with networking. 2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del or Ctrl+Shift+Esc combination to open Windows Task Manager and end suspicious processes. If it does not work, please click the Start button, click the Run option, input taskmgr and press OK. The Windows Task Manager should be open.
3. Show all hidden files and clean all the harmful files created by SearchNSave. Click the Start menu and choose Control Panel, select Appearance and Personalization, to find Folder Options then double-click on it.
In the pop-up dialog box, click the View tab and check Show hidden files, folders, and drives under Hidden files and folders category.
Delete all malicious files about this infection as below: %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Templates\random.exe %Temp%\random.exe %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\~random %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\.dll4. Remove malicious registry entries related to SearchNSave.

Delete all possibly corrupt registry keys as follows:
